Passionate Battles Occurred Between Huawei and Apple!

The competition between Apple and Huawei is very fierce. Although the status of the Apple model above 7,000 CNY is still not shaken, but with the continuous efforts of Huawei's high-end machines, Huawei's flagship machine at the price of 4,000 to 5,000 CNY has already caused a great threat to the iPhone at the same price. Because Apple's newly released three mobile phones are basically without special features, which gives a good counterattack opportunity to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Huawei Mate 20 Pro recently won the best smartphone award and demonstrated its strength as the ultimate flagship mobile phone of Huawei in 2018.

Apple's A12 biochip is the first 7nm chip in the smart phone industry, and Huawei's first 7nm process chip- Kirin 980 chip announced with the Mate 20 series, both of them are manufactured by TSMC with the same process. However, in the benchmark running test scores, the performance of the Apple A12 bionic chip far exceeds the Kirin 980 chip. On the Geekbench single-core running list, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro with the Kirin 980 chip scored 3333, while iPhone XS Max with A12 chip scored 4821.

The more serious result is that the iPhone X single-core running score of the A11 chip (10nm process) is 4244, and the Galaxy Note 9 equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 running score is 3612. Huawei's Kirin 980 chip is not as good as the previous two. Although the single-core running score does not fully represent the actual performance of the mobile phone, it can accurately reflect the performance difference of the mobile phone under high computing load.

In terms of charging, Huawei's performance is very exciting,4200mAh battery with 40W fast charge and 15W wireless fast charge, even supports reverse wireless charging. Although the iPhone XS uses PD fast charge, it is still not the opponent of the Huawei Mate 20 Pro with 40W fast charge.


The dual card dual standby function is very necessary for most Chinese users. Of course the Mate 20 Pro is equipped with dual card dual standby, but the iPhone XS does not support dual SIM cards (iPhone XS MAX support). While supporting dual card dual standby, Huawei Mate 20 also created a Nano SD card, the same card slot can be inserted into the SIM card or the Nano SD card, giving users a better choice.

The Mate 20 Pro has one more lens than the iPhone XS which is super wide-angle lens. This new super wide-angle lens also supports macro shooting. In addition to the new super wide-angle lens, the Mate 20's 3x optical zoom lens and the outsole CMOS inherited from the P20 Pro are still available- 40 million pixels. Since the iPhone XS lost to the P20 Pro on the DXO list, the Mate 20 Pro advantage of inheriting the P20 Pro and making new breakthroughs is obviously very large.
